This movie prop is used on screen by Alex in the film "Grandma's Boy." It measures 11.5" x 9" and has a clear plastic cover. 30 page booklet pages repeat themselves and are filler only. There is a sticker on the front of the report that reads "Alex." This was made by the studio just for the movie.
