Prepare For A 3D Ride Through Hell

Just as the characters in the physiological atmospheric thriller “Silent Hill: Revelation” (2012) wear many layers of clothing, the film itself is beautifully enriched with many layers of reoccurring themes and symbols. One of the most iconic is the use of bunny rabbits. Since the story is one about the total destruction of childhood innocence, this well known symbol is used again and again in many variations. This screen used stuffed pink bunny with blue overalls, green bow tie, and very bloody face and hands is from one of the most amazingly unsettling sequences in the movie, where Heather (Adelaide Clemens) witnesses a little girl’s birthday party slowly become its own nightmare.
