This is a King Arthur (Jamie Campbell Bower) screen worn, hero jacket from the series Camelot. The jacket is black leather, and incorporates tie strings on the front, and has cloth material sleeves stitched into the arms at the elbow. Stitched patterns line the neck and arm sleeves. A really cool jacket.
